"Afraid of Monsters" Fake Trailer Animatic

For my first semester final, I decided to resurrect an old animation idea that I had but didn't touch for a long while. The idea was to make a fake movie trailer for a Half-Life modification known as "Afraid of Monsters: Directors Cut", made by Andreas Rönnberg. Seeing how it was one of the scariest games that I've played, I was hoping to recapture the paranoia and chaos found within the game

In this scene where David hears footsteps of oncoming enemies, I took inspiration from some of the works of Junji Ito for his uneasy facial expression.
